Libra is a 115-unit residential high-rise with 110,000 square feet of private residence space. Notable features of the property include a rooftop photovoltaic solar array, co-generation facilities shared by our other Lumino Park buildings, a multi-level parkade, in-building gym and outdoor greenspaces. The building is also certified Built Green® Platinum, making use of an ICF building envelope and highly efficient energy-reclaiming HVAC system. The exterior of Libra features precast concrete balconies and hand railings.
