BUILDING OPERATOR
Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems and equipment. This role involves ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, an plumbing systems are functioning optimally while providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors. The Building Operator will work closely with other maintenance staff and management to uphold safety standards and enhance the overall functionality of the facility.

LEASING SPECIALIST
Focusing on providing high-quality customer service for our existing residents, taking calls, responding to emails, leading residents through the sales process and overcoming objections. Leasing specialists will also be regularly inspecting vacant suites for rental viability, showing suites, and processing resident applications.
