Notable features of the property include co-generation facilities shared by the other Lumino Park buildings, in-building laundry facilities, and outdoor greenspaces. The building is also certified Built Green® Gold, making use of an ICF building envelope and highly efficient energy-reclaiming HVAC system. It was sold to Calgary Housing Corporation in 2013.
