Orion is a 135-unit residential high-rise with 115,000 square feet of private residence space. The building currently holds the title of the Tallest ICF Building in Western Canada. Notable features of the property include a rooftop photovoltaic solar array, co-generation facilities shared by our other Lumino Park buildings, a multi-level parkade, a 18th floor 360-degree resident lounge, in-building gym, multiple amenity kitchens, and outdoor greenspaces. The building is also certified Built Green® Platinum, making use of an ICF building envelope and highly efficient energy-reclaiming HVAC system.
