Parkhill I is one of the most energy-efficient multifamily homes in Canada, and was the first Energuide-rated low-rise building in Alberta at the time of completion. It has an Energuide rating of 88, meets R-2000 criteria, and was certified as Built Green® Platinum. This project was also the first multi-family residential project undertaken by the Kanas team, who proudly completed all design work internally.

 

Upon completion it was purchased by the Calgary Housing Corporation.
