Parkhill II is a 10-unit multi-family residential building within walking distance of the 39th Ave C-Train station and right off a major bus line. This property was an opportunity for Kanas to implement and refine new construction processes which were later expanded to Lumino Park.

Parkhill II makes use of prefabricated building envelope items such as ICF, as well as other techniques like steel load-bearing studs, and high-performance EIFS systems. It also piloted a tenant energy management system which reduces energy use in unoccupied spaces. It was certified Built Green® Platinum.
