In the incredibly popular LEED-ND Platinum Certified University District Community, The Forge is a 92-unit, 6 storey development with retail space on the ground level. The name "The Forge", as in "forged in steel" was chosen to represent Kanas' commitments to building strong, long-lasting and quality construction. The building is also certified Built Green® Platinum, making use of an ICF building envelope, triple-pane windows and a Comfort Cooling air conditioning system.
